PET POLICY: $45 pet fee per stay. Dogs welcome! • MOUNTAIN ROADS & ARRIVAL: The cabin is accessed via paved but steep mountain roads. We recommend arriving in daylight if possible. 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended during winter months. • STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and dishwasher pods. You may wish to bring extra for longer stays. (Please note: sheets are not provided for the Pack 'n Play). • HOT TUB: The tub automatically resets between guests. Please check and adjust the temperature upon arrival so it's ready for your use. The tub is cleaned and refilled between guests; our whole-home filtration system handles well water, but minor sediment can occasionally settle. A spa vacuum is available on site if needed. • WELL WATER: The cabin runs on a whole-home filtered well water system. If you prefer bottled water for drinking, please plan to bring some along. • WIFI & AMENITIES: Mountain internet can be slower than city speeds, which may occasionally impact streaming. • WINTER WEATHER: Shovel and ice melt are provided for walkways. Roads are plowed as accessible by the county. • HOUSE RULES: No smoking inside the cabin
